: I was driving to the store to get some stuff for a friends computer when some lady decided that she was allowed to cut in between stopped cars and across my lane to feed her self at Hardess. I made a nice diagram of how the situation unfolded. : 
: Yes that is a piece of my bumper in her tire! Its stuck in between the bead and the rim, tried to pull it out but the tire was leaking, lol.
:  : She was driving an Altima ended up catching her in the passenger quarter panel. Aparrently she was never taught "right of way" cause as soon as she got out of the car she started to yell at me and tell me it was my fault, LOL. It took so much self control to not just shove her into traffic. I immediately called 911 and a cop was there in about 2 minutes. Keep in mind I haden't moved the car at all and neither had she :) (score one for me) Well he got out of his car and could already see what had happened so needless to say I wasnt worried at all. She kept repeating that I was speeding over and over. Then the cop asked her if she saw me coming and she said "NO" At which point he asked her then how did she see me speeding :) (devil 2 - bitch 0) BTW I was not speeding I was slowing down for the stopped traffic that I was coming up on at the light. We pulled the cars into a parking lot to get out of the way and a buddy of mine that seen us stopped, he happened to have a camera with him. I began to take pictures of EVERYTHING from the road to the cars even her liscense plate :) : The cop said she was at fault and put it in the accident report. He didnt ticket her though since that wouldnt have even helped me since he put her as the "at fault" driver in the report. I was kind of angry but I'll get over it. Here are the pictures that I took of my car after I got home. : DAMAGE TO: bumper, fog light, fog light housing, core support, fender, reinforcement, center panel, and hood. :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  : Well I will now be getting my jspec stuff and the whole car repainted sooner then expected, kind of makes my run in with the piece of metal last week seem small, glad it was in that same area. : Devil
